GoCodeo Terms of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to GoCodeo, a platform provided by GoCodeo AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Company"), headquartered in Bangalore, India. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.
2. Representations and Warranties
You hereby represent and warrant that:
✔ You will use the Website, Platform, and Services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (local or international).
✔ You have the necessary rights and consents to submit any content or data to GoCodeo.
✔ Your content:
Is accurate, complete, and lawful.
Does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful elements.
Does not infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
Does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.GoCodeo is not responsible for any legal violations, misuse, or non-compliance caused by the user.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Paid Services & Fees
Some GoCodeo Services are available for free, while others require a subscription or payment. The applicable fees, terms, and billing cycles will be stated in the Service description or your Order.
3.2 Payment Authorization
By subscribing to any paid Service, you authorize GoCodeo or its payment vendors to charge the selected payment method. Payments are non-refundable.
3.3 Subscription Renewals & Cancellation
✔ Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 14 days before the renewal date.
✔ Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes immediate effect without additional charges.
3.4 Taxes & Billing Information
✔ You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
✔ Fees exclude taxes, which may be charged where required.
4. Intellectual Property Rights & User Data
4.1 Ownership & Rights
✔ GoCodeo retains ownership of all platform-related intellectual property.
✔ You retain ownership of your submitted content and data.
✔ Any AI-generated output belongs to you, subject to third-party licenses and compliance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited ActionsYou agree not to:
✔ Reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with GoCodeo’s Services.
✔ Copy or use GoCodeo’s trademarks, UI elements, or features to build competing products.
✔ Distribute, sell, or misuse GoCodeo’s content without authorization.
✔ Use AI-generated output for activities violating intellectual property laws.
4.3 Data Usage & Privacy
GoCodeo may collect usage data to improve its Services. Customer data is never shared or sold, and all processing follows privacy regulations in India and relevant international laws.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep Confidential Information secure and use it only as needed to provide the Services. Confidentiality obligations last three (3) years after service termination.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
✔ GoCodeo provides its Services "as is", without warranties of any kind.
✔ We are not liable for indirect damages, including data loss, business interruption, or service downtime.
✔ Users are responsible for ensuring AI-generated output aligns with industry best practices and legal requirements.
✔ GoCodeo is not responsible for security breaches, cyberattacks, or third-party vulnerabilities.
✔ The user assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ethical use of AI-generated outputs.
✔ We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GoCodeo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:
✔ Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms.
✔ Any misuse of AI-generated content leading to copyright infringement, privacy violations, or illegal activities.
✔ Any disputes, legal claims, or third-party lawsuits caused by your actions while using GoCodeo.
8. Modifications & Termination
✔ GoCodeo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
✔ Users who violate these Terms may have their access revoked without prior notice.
✔ Continued use of the Services after updates to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, India.exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Users outside India are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
